Returns and exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:

-Buyer is responsible for the cost of the returned package.

-Item must come back in the original package.

-Item must be in the same condition it was delivered i.e intact and free of any damage.

-Contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. 

-For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on piercing jewellery. 

-I strongly recommend using a tracking when returning a package because lost items will not be refunded.
